I can see 3 unsecured wireless networks using my Wireless USB dongle. Is there a way, in Windows or Linux, to join them with software, to make 1 faster connection? How can I join multiple wireless networks to make 1 fast connection?
No, this is not possible. Not yet anyway, sooner or later, these Wireless Networks will update there service so they can be combined so that maybe a 50% Connection connected to another 50% Connection can give you a 100% signal strength.
Who knows, but no. At the moment you cannot do this. How can I join multiple wireless networks to make 1 fast connection?
Short answer no. And it is illegal in most parts of the world to use someones wifi without permission.
no
nope, unless you know how to internet sharing wifi,.,.,. which i use on my Mac
You can't do that.
Your computer can only use 1 ISP at a time. Chances are also that at least 2 of those networks use different ISP's, so even if there was a software to join them i doubt you could join different ISP's ( i.e. Comcast wouldn't work with AT%26amp;T)
You can't.
With dial up and two modems you could ';bundle'; to dbl speed.
But thats a thing of the past.
Are they on the same channel, probably 6, and if they are unsecured then it is probably the default channel. Your radio will connect to only one channel at a time.
If you want to use more that one connection at a time to increase your bandwidth, and Ethernet is involved. It is involved, then you need to implement Link Aggregation Groups (LAG) at the ISPs and at the bridging device that you are using to link the multiple networks. That simply does not work unless it is the same device at both ends. Even with a single ISP, if they were not the same device, you cannot use multiple links to make a group. There are a couple of vendors that will allow multiple links over devices, but the cost of these devices is in the thousands of dollars.
If you bridge them without some kind of LAG, then you will be causing more problems than you want to handle. You can effectively create loops between the ISPs.
