I am not sure how i would go about this. Would it be best to have two routers a wireless N and a Wireless G. If I do it this way can i make two separate wireless networks? I have some computers with wireless G cards and some with wireless N. My current router is set to mixed b/g/n mode but i cant seem to pick up the N signal. Any help would be appreciated. How would i set up a wireless network that will Have N and G?
Most N routers will work with N or G devices. However, if you have one G device then the entire network will be forced to operate on the G band. For a little more money there are dual band N routers that will allow both bands to be used at the same time. How would i set up a wireless network that will Have N and G?
Buy an N router.
It will support G clients at G speeds.
