How to connect two wireless laptops to the internet?

I have to wireless laptops at home.One wireless laptop can get on to the internet,But the other one cannot.How do I connect the two of them to use the internet?How to connect two wireless laptops to the internet?
You need to have a wireless router.Then u can have as many laptops as u want.How to connect two wireless laptops to the internet?
i used winxp on both laptops of mine and used ';network connection wizard';

both show connected to each other but unable to share files or broadband connection.
