How do you connect more than one wireless device to a wireless router?

Both computers can connect at the same time as they are plugged in to the router, however only one wireless device can connect at a time. For example- laptop, ipod touch, ps3. How can I connect more than one wireless device for the internet to work on all? It is a Buffalo Wireless G Airstation. How do you connect more than one wireless device to a wireless router?

That must have something to do with the DHCP part in the router. If you take up all of the addresses the router will create then that is that. So what you would need to do is get into the router ( most likely 192.168.1.1) and change the maximum number of addresses. By default most routers have a max of 50 addressess, so it doesnt make much sense if you can only connect a few at a time. If you check this out and it is set to 50, then try to reset the router and start from scratch. If that doesnt work, then it would sound like it's having a routing problem and may need to be replaced.

I dont know much about buffalo wireless G Airstations, i am a fan of cisco/linksys. And i have no problems having my laptop, ipod touch, wii, etc on all at once.

Good luck
It is an automatic function. I am at a public library and 22 of us are connected to the same router. At lan parties there are 10 of use connected at the same time. Only thing needed is each connected device must have a different local IP
