Are you using a different router for your wireless signal?

Generally, if everybody is connected through the same router everybody should be able to see everybody else. Make sure you have file sharing turned on in the laptop settings.

Also make sure you're connecting to the right wireless network. If your neighbor has wireless you might be connecting there accidentally. How to share files between wired and wireless computers?
hey just mention or set the an alternate IP address of all system(laptop %26amp; computer ) then share the your folder,

then browse from your laptop,,just like example-(\\192.168.2.10) in your search bar or any browser..

it sure show the share folder,,

if you using different operating system in your laptop then set your sharing setting for all OS.
If that three computers are on same network, you just need to enable file sharing on computer to share files.

If the desktop cannot be seen, maybe it's blocked by firewall on desktop, advise you to check any firewall (Windows firewall, antivirus firewall, etc) activated on computer and disable it temporary, after that test again.
