How do I make wireless speakers for my iPod to play through?

I want to set up surround sound speakers in my room so I can play my iPod through them. I would prefer wireless speakers. How do I do that? Thanks!How do I make wireless speakers for my iPod to play through?
Im not sure that this is possible. The only thing I could say do is to maybe if you have an iHome try to hook that up some way to the surround sound. I dont know, I don't think this is possible but I could be wrong.
