If it is a PCI wireless card you need the slot open on the motherboard for it.

Shut down your computer and unplug the computer from the tower. Press the power button one more time to release any stored any electricity then open the case.

With the case laying on the floor and the bottom of the box facing you you will see white slots these are PCI slots. Remove the slot plug from the case and Install the card in the open PCI slot and screw it in. Line the card up and go from back to front on the install. Sometimes the cards plug catches on the case if so just push the bottom of the card plug in with your finger.

Make sure it is seated in its slot and level across the top. Then screw in the antenna to the card and plug it back in and start it up if you need to install the drivers from the manufactures CD. If all goes well put the case back together and let it find your wireless connection. How do you insert a wireless internet card into your computer tower?
Here's a guide on how to install a wireless PCI card: http://searchwarp.com/swa24282.htm But, why didn't you get an USB wireless adapter?
The only one I have seen, plugs into the printer port
Open the computer, find an open PCI slot on the motherboard that will accept the wireless card, take the slot blocking strip off the back of the computer, line the card up and push it into the PCI slot on the motherboard. The wireless card should have come with instructions.
