How do i put a wireless capability to a desktop?

Im making a new computer so i want to add a wireless capability to it, i dont opening it to add anything so... Maybe a link to the place i can buy it or what it is called.How do i put a wireless capability to a desktop?
there are two ways:

you can get an internal one like this

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.as鈥?/a>

you have to open the computer to put it in, but its easy. its called an ';internal wireless adapter';

or you can get a usb one like this

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.as鈥?/a>

you just plug it into the usb port, install software and go.

';usb wireless adapter'; or ';external wireless adapter';

internal is better, try to find one with an external antenna if you're a decent distance away from your router.

the website both of those are listed on is ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL. i've used it for years. i didn't pick out ideal wireless adapters for you, i have no idea how much you want to spend or what type (b,g,n) you want. they are also avaliable in stores like best buy, walmart, radio shack.

here is the general link for newegg's wireless adapters, both types

It's a USB network adapter. Here are a few. http://www.linksysbycisco.com/US/en/prod鈥?/a>

You'll need to add a network card if you want to have any connectivity. There are many wired %26amp; wireless to choose from. You don't say that you already have wireless set up where you will be using this system.

You can get cards that you put into empty slots in the computer or you can get a USB adapter.

Here are some choices:
